Does anyone have more information on this preactivated version from BIE?

As in what method has been used to activate.

The loader should be in-corporate into it.
I remember Obit came up with one of this before.

Forget about this release. Imo it's really a waste of bandwidth and time.

I installed this release and now i'm back to my prior RTM with Daz's loader.

I'm a newbie; what's the problem with this release?

I installed it and it works fine so far; I read BIE stuff was supposed to be good.

What seems to happen is that after the normal instaallation, it runs a slmgr like program - I presume a loader; (which is called "setup complete" and can also be operated retrospectively at: C:\Windows\Setup\SCRIPTS) this enters the Dell leaked key and when it reboots, the product shows as activated.
