Win 7 x64 Device Manager help

    No CPU, sorry. But part of the nVidia-Chipset:
    NVIDIA nForce System Management Controller->PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0AA3

    Install the last nVidia-chipset-drivers for your laptop.

    Try this go to said device in device manager and uninstall it once you done reboot PC and see what happens.

    I slapped myself across the face.
    When I read Obama's reply, I realised that I had indeed forgotten to download the chipset drivers...
    I took the drivers from ASUS's website and now the Device Manager lists my hardware correctly.
    Much obliged, people!
