pretty sure that it is your graphic driver causing the problem. If you haven't installed the original one from NVidia's page, go after it
PaulDesmond, thanks for the reply, it was working flawlessly with win 8.0 but start causing problem after i upgrade to win 8.1 pro this is an official NVIDIA GeForce 210, i bought it at the best buy a few years ago and i believe that i upgrade it with the latest driver from an official NVIDIA site but still freezing.....
