I want to integrate all the latest patches to my latest Windows 8.1 ISO base (WIM)

Is it ok to integrate like this?

    Windows 8.1 November Rollup:
    Code:
    November 2014 Rollup: (KB3000850)
    KB3000850
    KB3003057
    KB3014442

    Requirements:
    Code:
    Needs updates from:
            March 2014 (Restart)
                     KB2919442
    April 2014 (Restart)
                     KB2919355
                     KB2932046
                     KB2934018
                     KB2937592

Are these all the required patches to have a latest Win 8.1 base (WIM)?

According to M$, KB2919355 must be installed before applying KB3000850 :)

Where did you find this information? The update rollup article states that this update can be applied on top of April image refresh.

So we need servicing stack update, which is included in media refresh (a.k.a. update 1), so this update is only needed for vanilla windows 8.1
