Hi I would like to know if this is at all possible to do ?? Use win 8 RTM as main install and use the earlier builds explorer.exe or a way to use the earlier builds control panel applications that are win 7 style (network, battery , clock, speakers, remove hardware, default programs popup window, etc..... and make them work with win 8 RTM. I know it probably is not going to work but I thought it could help get rid of metro completely and still have full functionality, as the some of the earlier builds had the option. If I had the know how I would do it. However I would like to know if anybody still has all the earlier builds as I would like to ask if those who have the could upload the .iso of each earlier build as I would not mind testing my ideas on vm machines on my pc, or just the windows folder of each earlier build. I think there were 4 or 5 releases.
