Win 8 retail pro TO win server 2012 possible?

    I know it's possible to convert server 2012 to a workstation that acts like a win 8 OS. I have win 8 retail pro installed and want to know if I can convert it to server 2012 somehow without having to wipe and install server 2012. Thanks again, you guys have always been a great help.
