hey guys i am using Win 8 and 2012 on VMWare and i want to configure them to use low performace, which performace i don't need ? i disabled the Aero, and Performace, can someone please advise whether there is more stuff to disable?
i've already done this as i mentioned, i was wondering if there are any others effect to turn off to save the memory thanks
sorry, I thought you only disabled aero. When unchecked all boxes what I showed, there should be a little increase in performance but only visible on old machines.
So let me recap here: You installed Windows 8 and then you installed some "tool" which brought you somehow Aero from Win7 to Win8 and then you disabled it for performance reason! Why I'm missing the point in doing that here?
I would guess you confuse something here. Aero is still present in Win 8, only Aero Glass effects were removed.
