If you need windows 11 use 23h2 education ( similar as enterprise )

    Hi,

    Thank you for the inputs.

I have installed Windows 10 x64 22H2 (January25 ISO) in this problematic Ubuntu 24 + QEMU/KVM hypervisor via Virt Manager and almost all problems that I have encountered with Windows 11 24H2 VM is solved. Network (host and guest) is no longer dropping and performance is decent. As first, this Windows 10 VM was also having some performance issues but turning off "Core Isolation / Memory Integrity" has solved that too.

    Thanks.
