Win XP 64 - Language Packs - Bulgarian? Russian? 32-bit Yes, 64-bit No??

    I have a client who would like to add Bulgarian or Russian to a US English OEM install of Win XP 64. I have found some of the MUI packs, but Russian and or Bulgarian are not amongst them.

    Is there such a beast available, and if so, where would one find it?

    Search in the microsoft official site their is pack on multilanguage
