I am trying to install Win XP Pro 64-bit. The system is 64 bit capable as I have checked with the manufacturer. I have a product key that has never been activated. When I input the key it says "the CD key you entered is not valid". It will not let me skip past the key to complete the install as all other versions do and let you run for 30 days.
Is there a special skip key that I can enter to complete the install? what else can I try? Its the only system I have that will handle 64 bit, so I have no way of testing it another system. Any help you can offer would be great. :(

OK ran CHKPIDS with my 64 bit key. got message saying <pro-english-SP3> <then listed numbers here>.
I assume if it was 64 bit it would say that correct urie?
