Hi everyone i wanted to ask some things which are quite confusing. The more i search Google, the more confusing it makes. 1. What is this build number thing? Whenever i search windows 10, i come with a new build number with a change log. This build number crap is about the windows 10 preview versions or the RTM? 2. Windows 10 RTM, is it not the final build or Microsoft is continuously producing new build versions of RTM. 3. I am trying to find the ISO for clean install of windows 10 on my laptop. I have an i3, 4gb ram machine and i know it can sustain the windows 10 but then why is it so confusing just to install a simple OS (clean install) and encountering so many build numbers.
MS changed their strategic, they no longer release windows at the old RTM method They keep changing and fixing it on the fly You can download builds that could be called RTM, like TH2 build or TH1 build or get insider preview builds which sometimes better, cos more bugs fixed, however new features might create new bugs or new system like memory management are untested enuf
It was released last week, Thursday I believe. No, actually Wednesday... Can't believe everything you read In fact there's been threads here for some time
