Win10: DirectX9 possible?

    Hi,

    upgraded from 8.1 to 10-10240.
    Old game (TotalWar - Rome) doesn't start, stating that DX9 files are missing.
    Previous 8.1 install had no issues, DXsetup Netinstaller was executed to download all.

    When trying to start DXsetup under 10 I get message, that installer is for (list of systems = 10 not listed!).

    Is there a new installer around that supports Win10?
    Or another method to install required DX9 files?

    Just download DirectX 9c from MS Downloads and install. Works fine with Windows 10!

    Directx 9 files have not been included since Windows vista
    They don't use DirectX 9 when they can use DirectX 11 and 12.
