Every time I try to update WinRE.wim offline and perform DISM ResetBase using W10UI or MSMG Toolkit or NTLite, my system crashes. This only affects Windows 10, not Windows 11. Doesn't Windows 10 WinRE.wim malfunction when performing true DISM ResetBase on it? Can that the issue?
