Correct me if I'm wrong but this is the first time I see this type of release of M$ isos, well I've never seen that before: ES-ES (Spanish from Spain) ES-MX (Spanish from Mexico) What are the differences and why they exist?

Native hispanic Spanish speaker person here! It seems that now in es-ES it uses a little more personal pronouns (tú) instead of the more respectful usted. This started to happen in Windows Phone, as well in Windows 8 (but on Modern Apps only). But now the whole system has been changed as well.
I guess they gonna start to use real Castellano (Spain language) and real Mexican spanish, Windows always used a combination of the two languages known as "Neutral Spanish" which does not contain any regional words.
Didn't notice this before as I didn't pay attention to it at all lol But yes it seems a logical explanation as I suspected.
Because Canadian english is not so different of US, whereas canadian french is way different of France
