I'm using win7 64 and a logitech usb combo keyboard and mouse. All was fine when neither the mouse nor the keyboard would function at any stage including access to the BIOS. One usb port will work with the wireless adapter but no other devices are recognized. I've tried a standalone usb mouse in all ports but it will not function. I have no way to make any input into the machine.

Do you have them plugged into a usb 2.0 or usb 3.0? USB 3.0 doesn't like to operate outside of the OS

What do you mean by: i already changed the motherboard?

There are settings such as fast boot and ultra fast boot which only partially load usb detected devices, did you already reset the board to default settings and manually set everything to your desired settings?
