Win7 need New version amdvlk backport

    The old AMD Vulkan driver (amdvlk64.dll) for Win7 has not supported full Vulkan 1.2 functionality, and the new AMD Vulkan driver for Win10/11 supports full Vulkan 1.3 functionality.
    VKD3D-Proton 2.4+ required VK_EXT_robustness2 function, but old AMD Vulkan driver (amdvlk64.dll) for Win7 haven't this function, can't use new version VKD3D-Proton.
    Is it possible to backport a new version of amdvlk to Win7?

    I too would like to know. Hitman III is a broken AF mess under Win7 and a updated AMDVLK might fix that.
