    Hi,

I have Win7 SP1 Pro x32 (activated via Daz's Win Loader) and I'm wondering if it's possible to install Win10 Pro x64 bit edition rather than x32bit edition?

Has anyone done this and confirmed it's possible?

    Thanks all

Best way would be to upgrade from 32 bit Windows 7 to 32 bit Windows 10, which will put your device into the digital entitlement database. Then you'd have to clean install the 64 bit version of Windows 10. Your license will cover 32 and 64 bit activations.

Sorry, but there's no direct upgrade path from a 32 bit installation to a 64 bit installation, it will require a clean installation

Yes, it qualifies for the free upgrade but you can't do an in place upgrade across different bit versions. Must be a clean install of the 64-bit. Maybe you can use the method linked ahead to avoid an initial upgrade from 7 to 10 before the clean install--if not you'll have to upgrade to 32-bit 10 then do a clean 64-bit install: http://forums.mydigitallife.net/thr...ut-going-through-the-complete-upgrade-process

Read this carefully and after you get the genuineticket.xml on your x86 install you should be able to do a clean install of win 10 x64.

There are many options like using vl.
