I know this may just be a stupid question but I have spent days trying to find a way to make sure my newly installed version of Win7 pro keeps working
Try as I might I can not understand the bios work round and apart from that I am not confident enough to do it.
I live in the middle of no where with zero help around me so all info comes from the internet.

My question is what will happen once the product key warning expires ?

is there a simple way to extend this and does it have to be done before it expires or can it be done once expired ?

So many pages I do not trust for useful information but this forum seems like my best bet I hope as all seem reasonable here.

as a very last resort do I have to buy a key from MS ?

Thanks if you can help an old boy living in the middle of a rain forest.
