win8.1 can be activated using win8 or win8 pro retail key :)

    OP should type SLMGR /DLV and see what the expiration date is. mine is 1/15/14 or thereabouts.

    Great but watermark still appear.. I removed it with MyWCP Watermark Editor.

    if you want to remove the watermark manually the files you need to edit are

    C:\Windows\System32\en-US\shell32.dll.mui (2070/1033 String)

    and

    C:\Windows\Branding\Basebrd\en-US\basebrd.dll.mui (here i dont remember but it is easy to find as it contains only 4 strings)

    Now im just searching for a selfmade way to remove the bettafish
