    My win 8.1 win update keeps running without finding updates?

    No, KB3172614 is enough

    not without either KB3021910 or KB3173424. KB3172614 requires either one of those installed or KB3172614 will fail with message "this update is not applicable to your computer." remember that.

    I was refering to Flash update, it's not needed to solve the issue, KB3172614 is enough (its prerequisite in within the context)
