Wind 8.1 key from faculty for rom version ,can be used for english ?

    Hi everyone i just received a dreamspark win 8.1 romanian dvd with an unused serial .
    Will i be able to use the serial with a english version ?
    Or add english to the romanian version.
    It`s the pro version
