I have window 8 ie10 dell 660 inspiron I have speaker sound but no window sound as window startup sound. on services there are 2 that will not start one is windows audio they say they are running but when you hit properties they said it stop , Dell say they are working but I still would like to get at least window startup sound thank you Lorry
