i used many activator, and some works and some doesnt. and the ones that work seems to deactivate once i put it in sleep mod. my mother board is a gigabyte ep45-ud3r. i am looking thru these forums and i been reading abour flashing your bios? what can i do to resolve this? i am a noob at these bios flashing or w.e thanks
ok,i just did some research and flashed the bios version from the gigabyte site. having the same problem. what now?
Attention:!! Gigabyte has release two revision of this board if is rev. 1.0 the bios mod here works fine, I tested.
you need to flash a bios with an OEM slic from here, remove the old activator, then install a new OEM key and certificate
READ....The instructions and theory behind it is everywhere..The stickies kind of spell it out. The SLIC allows factory activation..No crack, hack, or other easy stuff for M$ to render useless. The softmods and vistaloaders are easily inactivated.. The mod inserts a SLIC code to the bios, you flash the bios, you remove all traces of the bootloader crap, then you install the matching cert and serial to your slic.. Again, read the stickies..The instructions are in the top of the all slics link I gave you..Download the 39 certs file and read the instructions..
i read a lot already and thanks for your help, but im still having problem on where to start. can you please help me find the lastest slic for my motherboard EP45-UD3R. and i just want my windows to be activated THATS IT! and do i just install the SLIC like what i do when i update my bios?
