    All I can say is that yesterday, on my MyVisualStudio account, I found the localized v1903 ISOs, both business and consumer editions.

    Ok so If I currently have window 10 pro 1809 edition do I need business or consumer edition? Sorry for the noob question....EDIT nevermind looks like business is VL and consumer is Retail....EDIT2....So my next question if I have pro license is activated with a digital license which one do I use to upgrade?

    I think u need the consumer edition as well

    Yes the consumer edition has the pro edition
    And about the pro for workstation u will need the business edition
