The same problem here. I thought the issue was caused by the latest audio drivers, but I have installed .535 at the same time.
I also had this problem and it might seem ridiculous, but to fix it you have to restart your computer. If you're tired of doing that and you don't want any audio stuttering, just reset the BIOS to default settings and clean install Windows 10 on a formatted MBR drive.
I had this problem with windows 10 on my old Q9550 machine, only fix was to put cpu minimum usage to 100% on the power scheme.
