Update on my Fujistsu ESPRIMO E710 with CPU Typ QuadCore Intel Core i7-3770, 3400 MHz (34 x 100) and 16 Mb RAM (4 x 4 Nanya all same type) won't update from 1909 (online or from USB) to 2004 version....
It goes bluescreen at 85%...with Error "PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA" error from aksfridge.sys

after reboot have this on screen:
    0xC1900101 - 0x40021
    Phase SECOND_BOOT SYSPREP_RESPECIALIZE

I try many times with deinstalling all non connected hardware.
    until now: NO JOY :(

    1. Make sure the next two folders are emptied before starting upgrading:
      %windir%\SoftwareDistribution\Download
      and
      %windir%\servicing\LCU
    2. that your current Windows 1909 is fine, ie run as administrator sfc.exe /scannow and fix any errors
    3. make sure all accessories are unplugged from the computer
    4. it is recommended that you have an internet connection, if possible then a LAN
    5. that you have third-party antivirus and antimalware programs turned off or removed
    6. make sure you don't have any unfinished installations, ie restart computer before starting the upgrade

    UPDATE:
    I removed (in SAFE MODE):
    aksdf.sys
    aksfridge.sys
    hardlock.sys

and after, update to 2004 (Offline mode from USB) went thru.
But: after finishing update, my LAN, DISPLAY (Intel 4000), MICROSOFT HD300 (USB HD CAMERA) and other drivers (VMware) went bust!
I started automatic update for all (with internet connected) and all drivers installed and working....
Thanks to all, who responded! :)
