    Hello,

    With Windows 10 20H1 and VMware 15.5.6

My processor is a Core i7-990X and supports vitualization Intel VT-x.

Below the error if Hyper-V is enabled otherwise if Hyper-V is disabled the VMware VMs work without problems.

So these errors are not real since without Hyper-V it works normally.

    How to solve this bug?

    Error:

This host does not support Intel VT-x.

This host does not support "Intel EPT" hardware assisted MMU virtualization.

The processor does not support XSAVE. This virtual machine cannot be power on.

VMware Workstation has always been incompatible with Hyper-V from my experience. You either have to disable Hyper-V in the Windows Features for Workstation to work correctly, or, you have to use Hyper-V for virtualization.

  4. You can have both running on one system since VMware Workstation Pro/Player 16 (not possible with earlier versions)
