Every time I upgrade Windows 10 via media creation tool without any problems. However last upgrade from 20H1 to 20H2 don't allow me to keep my personal files and apps. Only options Nothing is allowed and other options is grayed out. I also try via USB muount with rufus but same result, Please is there solutions for this. Thanks.
How can I be sure... On every half-year upgrade I always worked like this and there was never a problem until now. I also tired sfc scannow and DISM RestoreHealth but result is the same.
Since 20H2 is just another small update from 20H1, install this and you will be on 20H2 in a minute: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/windows-10-hotfix-repository.57050/page-545#post-1624887 So check winver and if it shows 2004 / 20H1 and you have 19041.3xx+, this update will upgrade you to 20H2, download and just run the MSU.

There is nothing unclear about your current Windows being damaged, it is damaged, but it is not found by sfc and Dism. In all likelihood, the registry is damaged and you can only repair it if you have a clean copy of the original Windows registry. Otherwise, backup your files and do a clean installation, because you have to do it soon anyway.
How about if I run 19042.572 then upgrade to same 19042.572 just to refresh the installation? Does it work?
