Windows 10 9860 - Can't view file explorer

    I've just updated to the new build after a fresh install of the Tech Preview.
    Problem is that the file explorer opens but no window is shown...
    Is there a fix for this?

    Hold ctrl & shift and right click on the taskbar> file explorer. I hope it will work for windows 10
