That is because Enterprise hasn't retail EULA, you need to create a EI.CFG file and change to VOLUME :D

    Code:
    [EditionID]
    [Channel]
    Volume
    [VL]
    1

My own AIO version (retail) shows the license error, if i put the Volume key works.

    It's EULA, not UELA :)

    Hi,

You need to mount WIM file (enterprise) to add license file (_default) in Windows\system32\xx-xx\Licenses where xx is your language.

It's not your license key, just Microsoft License for Windows.

Look at system32\xx-xx\Licenses on your installation, you'll see what I'm talking about.
You just need to add "_default" folder, enterprise subfolder and the license.rtf.

If it's not the real license file for enterprise it's not a problem :).
WinPE looks for this file in install.wim.
