Windows 10 Bandwidth default is 80% in the group policy editor...not sure on this

    IIRC, that setting has made no difference since XP or something

    That is if you didn't uninstall QoS on the interface you're using to connect to the internet/internal network, as this GPO settings only apply to the network interface(s) QoS is installed on. That is if I remember well.

    I kind of was thinking these things...but like I said I was tired and was also thinking of all the forced communications aka telemetry, windows updates and so on...in the terms of say a gamer and how it could effect them. My quick Google search really did not address that. I normally turn off QOS anyway don't need it, just thought I would bring it up, Not as an alarmist issue but sake of discussion in the new world order of things windows does and how it might or might not of been changed.
