Are all drivers uptodate (checked lenovo support site)? Did the laptop start after hard turn off? Did you run memtest? SSD test?

PS, please use spoiler code at the img.

Everything may be, but quite possibly, this is accidental.
Become to look for a reason, when begins to repeat on a regular basis.
At least two or three times a day.
Recommendation. Always remove obsolete update backups, if the new updates are installed.
    C:\Windows\system32\cmd.exe as admin

    1. Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /AnalyzeComponentStore
    2. Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup
    3. DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponenRestoreHealth

Looks like you have a software called EagleGet that is causibg the bsod, can you try uninstalling it and see if the crashes stop?
