    No, they aren't, they are just the Pro and Education VLSC iso's.

    Offline set-editon any en-US post rs2 Insider pro/ent to enterpriseG, set the sku flag also to enterpriseG and have a look.

    Depends on how you judge Chinese government. They are not in the business of making jokes when it comes to spying or keeping secrets. All it would take is a group of their hackers to find out whether their Telemetry-free OS is actually Telemetry-free...

    If it is free of us telemetry it will have chinese equivalents.
