Windows 10 CPU usage problem

    I've just install windows 10 ltsc 2021 on my laptop (rog flow x13 2021, AMD 5800HS version, all drivers from windows update), an annoying problem occurs：
    1. About every 10 sec, a circle appears at the top right corner of the mouse cursor, it rotates for about 1 sec.
    This happens all the time when windows is running.
    2. I checked the taskmanager, no strange process running nor high resource occupation.
    It's a clean windows with kms activation and a few credible apps (chrome, office, etc.)
    3. I noticed when the circle appears, the CPU Speed runs up to 4Ghz, and after that it drop to 3.* Ghz.
    CPU Usage is always normal.
    4. Except that, nothing wrong happens.

    Anyone know what's wrong? Please help.
    ps. Does it relate to the AMD ftpm issue?

    What your AMD Speed?? How many cores?? that the question!!!

    Use last driver from manufacturer more updated than microsoft

    Turn off MPO and try again?
