Are there any easy ways to get LTSB running legit or is a subscribing MSDN account a must for that instance?

Perhaps getting Pro and stripping it down to similar level is perhaps an easier way?

The only way to run legit Win10 Enterprise (LTSB or not) is by 2 ways: MSDN subscription or volume licensing.

Volume Licensing requires a minimum purchase of 1,000 copies of Microsoft Windows. Though that number may have changed the last time I looked into it. MSDN subscription starts at about $700 if I remember correctly.

If you have money to burn I suppose you could go that route.

That sure beats using KMS on one copy, and they can give the other 999 away as Christmas presents, Birthdays, Valentines Day, Yom kippur, New years day, Groundhog day.
