    No :(

I and a few other folks kept trying to find away to install the store app. It is not possible or at least no one has yet figured away to do it.

This is so dumb. You installed LTSB and want modern apps? Then get off LTSB.

first enterprise is the only edition which let you disable telemetry for real. yea maybe it still runs in the background who knows but enterprise users are the only one with that option in gpedit.
and second i haven't installed it because of privacy concerns. i installed because i didn't want any of those new s**t apps / store.

I personally wanted to add the store to LTSB. Because I wanted to decide what apps were added as opposed to hacking away to remove stuff.

I have Windows 10 Enterprise 2015 LTSB N and I don't know what could be the problem with Netflix. I open up my browser go to the Netflix website, login and watch anything I want.

We know. Give up this fantasy of magically invisible processes that never take up any resources, files that never take up any space, and data that is somehow invisible to even packet capture and logging. There is no "in the background" that works that way. It's a computer.

in home and pro of course. but enterprise has an option to disable it completly and i think it does it job because it's a work environment afterall...
ms can f*** over normal customers how they want, because 95% doesn't care at all. but in companys it's something else. ms does not want to lose those company customers.

and even if not! ltsb version is still the way to go because of missing crap/bloatware like store and apps. that was all i was saying :)

The OP is talking about the Netflix modern app, which is way cooler than the browser version, because it gives you more audio/video options like Super/Ultra HD and Dolby 5.1
