    Are you running Enterprise LTSC? Semi-Annual Channel (Targeted) no longer exists as of 1903 release.

    That's nice, but is a bit of a non-sequitur with regard to what I'm asking here and really doesn't get me updated to 1903...

    Maybe it helps when you tell us what you mean by Enterprise stuck on 1809?

    Normal Enterprise? Enterprise 2019 LTSC? By WU, or by ISO? What error do you get?

    1903 is slowly being rolled out through Windows Update.

    Thanks guys! I just jumped the version shark and did a clean install to play with the new crap toys... And now... Install remorse... Nothing to see here, these weren't the droids I was looking for... :p
