Windows 10 Enterprise stuck at "Cannot Find License Terms"

    I make aio usb win10 Home - Pro - Enterprise but the Enterprise not installed.
    at install stucks with Cannot Find License Terms message.
    I delete EI.cfg and pid.txt

    any idea.

    Clean install in 2 laptop.

    Ok. Problem Solved.

    Add ei.cfg with this text

    [VL]

    I've had this happen once before.
    It was caused a bad copy on the usb stick.
    make the usb stick from ISO again will fix it.
