    Where people can download this ISO Microsoft Windows 10 Home 64 bit pt-PT OEM

    Or how to make this iso oem, please help my pc and OEM.

    use the download tool Microsoft has put out and download either Home or Pro .iso...your good to go.

    I already did it but not active with my original key that embedded in the BIOS, it activates when you connect the internete but is in a different key than that in the bios, this is normal not activate with the bios of key OEM.

    Which OS you have before? Windows 8.1 or 8.1 Pro? In case you have 8.1 without pro, you need to download the Single Language version

    Please do some reading before posting new thread.

    Your Windows 8.x keys can't be directly used on Windows 10. Rather Windows 10 uses a placeholder key on successful upgrade & use your hardware ID as unique identifier.

    For ISOs, please follow LostED's advice.
