Windows 10 Install

    Hello,

    Please Advise. I went ahead and did a clean install of Windows 10 Build 1511 and 1607 and After doing clean install the boot time is way to long were before it was about 5 seconds to boot into windows. Please advise. My backup image which is windows 10 was upgraded from 8.1 works without any issues. Clean install is an issue. I am installing on SSD.

    are you have amd vga display adapter ?

    if yes i can help you to reduce the boot time

    Since you did a clean install why did you not just install the latest,which is the 1607? There was no need to install the old version first. Just curious.

    It is not possible! Even if You have everythig much better if the best current possible, isn't possible.

    Did you check the power options?
    "Turn on Fast Start up" shd be checked.

    When i did a clean install to the original build 10240 build boot time was way better then the build for 1511 and 1607. So it seems to be an issue with those builds for me anyhow. I have an nvidia card.

    So why looking for troubles.

    Clean install is pointless, in general. Sometimes is worse than an upgrade (as you experimented)
