    100 000 x 1.024 (=102 400 (+ maybe 500 x 1.024 for the system partitions)) and what's left over as unallocated can become d. I would select more for c though.

    to get a 100% 100 GB partition, remember, Windows needs another 566 MB for the system partitions, so do this:

    100.1x1024 + 566 = 103070 MB

    why did I do 100.1 instead of simply 100 x 1024? because if you don't add that 0.1, Windows will show you the partition size as 0.99 GB instead of 100GB

    I just did the same exact thing several days ago. The way I did it was:

    100.6x1024= 103014

    and that gave me a PERFECT 100gb OS partition C:, and a perfect 400gb D:

    the .6 represents the 560mb for the additional partitions windows creates. Like you, 100.1gb or 99.9 gb just irritated the hell out of me, and my eyes & mind couldn't rest until I got my perfect & even 100gb OS partition.

    if your hard drive is 500GB then divide the number you got for total HDD size on 5, and then add the 560MB
    this way you will get the C drive 100 GB exactly
