this windows 10 installation error doesn't make sense you will ask me why because to fix this just simply go back to previous step in the installation and then take off the USB drive that you are installing from then plug it back in again and then press next in the installation and voila problem fixed now if i disabled my USB 3.0 from the BIOS i don't face this error at all the windows image is official image so nothing is wrong with it and not corrupted and if it was corrupted repluging the USB device wouldn't fix it i checked the boot.wim file if the USB 3.0 drivers are in it or not and that was the result so what is the problem with this stupid error! what am i supposed to do to make it never show up totally i don't know what is malfunctioning thought maybe someone could shorten the way of searching and tell me the secret behind this piece of s**t thanks in advance have a nice day
the idea is this image has been tested on more than 1 laptop with same error with same fix i can't put my hand on what is malfunctioning because of that stupid fix that fixes it for every error a reason but this error i feel unreasonably i have been busting my ass for a while trying to figure it out even before figuring out the stupid fix randomly from unpopular video from the internet
it's an edited official windows 10 microsoft image (using MSMG,NTLite,Wintoolkit, winreducer) and no drivers were touched problems occur with GPT or MBR problem doesn't occur on old laptops (older than 4th generation processors) my laptop is HP G1 840 (with 1TB hard drive and no SSD) even if a DVD connected through USB and trying to install from the DVD the problem still occur problem occur on all new laptops (4th and rising) i'm not testing alot of stuff because in order to test i have to turn off my laptop and test and i don't have SSD so it takes really sometime to reach desktop (+i'm using avast antivirus makes it worse) that's why i didn't answer in the last few hours because i was playing some games and doing other stuff and i don't want to turn off my computer to test the official microsoft image without any editing (the 1 that i downloaded from tb.rg-adguard.net) so yeah it's me not getting serious on it because if i was i would have tested all the original isos that i have but i will get on it maybe tomorrow or after tomorrow i just need to do other stuff today but i made the post thought maybe i can get some info that would maybe lead me somewhere thanks for your answer guys and your time once i do more tests i will be putting results maybe someone interested
>the windows image is official image so nothing is wrong with it and not corrupted >it's an edited official windows 10 microsoft image (using MSMG,NTLite,Wintoolkit, winreducer) and no drivers were touched
@ Crystal balls The problem is obviously the image that your useing You use a USB to put the operating system in ........... it copys the files from the USB stick to the HDD ........... then it wants to restart but cant because it cant find the USB drivers ......... so it tells you to put a USB stick in with the missing drivers on it . You remove the instalation USB ........... plug it in again ........... windows searchers it ......... and finds the driver it needs ? = The driver you need isnt where itr should be but it is on the stick ? >using MSMG,NTLite,Wintoolkit, winreducer = Thats the problem = Reinstall useing a clean install media ......... and if you feel the need to butcher it do it afterwards .
you were right and i was wrong the last time i did use rufus instead of ultraiso was a year ago and it wasn't on the same image when i did that a year ago it didn't fix the problem so the problem was in the image back there i tested today Rufus on my image to make sure if it's ultraiso or the image problem using Rufus fixed the problem and i tried MBR and GPT to make sure it's fixed in both so basically it was the Ultraiso problem if you ask me ''why the Hell would you use Ultraiso instead of Rufus from the beginning?" i would say ''it's easier" and to be honest it's all my fault sry guys for taking your time in something stupid like that anyway now i know and anyone else seen it knows this difference between Ultraiso and Rufus in this kind of matter Thank u for your time and effort i knew it wasn't the image problem because i know what i edited and it's an original image
>it's an original image It is not an original image . It is a frankenbuild . >using MSMG,NTLite,Wintoolkit, winreducer That is probably your problem . What you did to the image is more than overkill . Those programs have a reputation that they dont always fit / work togerther .
seems i was wrong and this thread must be revived before i throw the laptop from the window it's the same stupid problem with the same stupid solution and not an edited i downloaded the last windows 10 official iso from tb.rg-adguard.net/public.php (21H2) and used WintoUSB a paid program to create an installation media with it and tried Rufus and Ultraiso what the hell with this error official last iso and paid program what else should i go get the iso work fine on VM oracle box and works fine on a normal old PC without the stupid error what's wrong with this s**t error suggest me solutions while putting in mind that everything i used is original not edited
= Youve made an image and its broken = Start again @ Crystal balls and co ---- > The image that youve modified has the USB 3 drivers in the boot.wim ........... but when the system restarts and trys to boot from the HDD it fails ............. because you say the USB 3 drivers are missing ............. = Missing from the install.wim and not from the boot.wim ?
@case-sensitive do you know how to read english ? look at what i said original image ISO from tb-guard the last released windows 10 iso (21H2) and a paid program (wintoUSB) bro before you start talking ,read first i didn't make image or anything and choose your words carefully
