    setup.exe in sources missing?
This is the typical failure for this screen.

download reliable copy from here instead of that enterprise evaluation edition, see if you have another blank DVD brand and remember always to burn at lowest speed possible

It seems that many google for win 10 downloads and try to upgrade with evaluation ISO's

Please at least effort some hours to read "how to" upgrade

you gave the version which you loaded in your first post above:
    10240.16384.150709-1700.TH1_CLIENTENTERPRISEEVAL_OEMRET_X86FRE_EN-US.ISO

Since there is no enterprise iso available for free d/l it only can be that stupid evaluation BS.

get rid of it and load a full version from x-files or other trust-able places on MDL

No, every files are ok in drive.... it something driver missing
    "Load Driver

A media driver your computer needs is missing. This could be a DVD, USB, or Hard disk driver. If you have a CD, DVD, or USB flash drive with the driver on it, please insert it now.

Note: If the installation media for Windows in the DVD drive or on a USB drive, you can safely remove it for this step. "

I had the same problem with installation on my nieuw pc with z170 mobo.
Problem was the image on usb was somehow not correct written (in my case couldn't start in EFI mode only in bios mode)
Your motherboard has stil the old BIOS, so you do like that:

Use rufus to write the iso image on usb. h**p://rufus.akeo.ie/
    With that order:
    - Start rufus
    - Choose create bootable disk with: Iso image
    - Choose the iso image
    - Then on second menu from above choose the 1st option: MRB partition for BIOS or UEFI-CSM
    - Then connect your usb drive on pc.
    - Choose (with attention) your usb drive which you want to write.
    - Then start

When ready, your usb will be done and schould install normally.

you have anything external connected to your machine? If so disconnect all USB or such stuff and install on plain machine only with monitor, keyboard and mouse and Internet connection of course

Week ago i was also driven crazy, what the he*l for drivers was he asking...
Then did carefully like that and problem solved.
Download the iso you want somewhere from this forum.
Chech your download with hashes, so that you have the correct untouched iso.
Then do like i said with rufus. Succes quaranted...

Try this I do not remember where I found it, but solve the problem

A required CD/DVD device driver is missing, usb installation
I assume all of you is using USB drive to install.

When Windows is asking for driver, just click Cancel. You will be brought back to the welcome screen. At the welcome screen, remove your USB drive, insert it back to DIFFERENT USB PORT. Click Install Now again. The installation process will be like usual.

This problem happened to all new version of updated Windows 7 installer. I think, it is due to failure of Windows installer to remain its detection to the USB drive. It lost the connection, and became confused, don't know where to find the USB drive it used to read before.

When we re-insert the USB drive, Windows installer will detect the USB drive back, and continue like usual.
