I know there's Windows 10 LTSC 2019 ISO without a lot of the bloatware such as metro apps and cortana but it leaves all the telemetry stuff windows defender which keeps deleting a lot of my files and is a ROYAL PITA. Also updates itself no matter what you do. So my question is if someone's managed to make the perfect win 10 installation? I doing a new pc build and I just can't stand windows 10.

If someone here has made such an .ISO, It is considered Homebrew & CAN NOT be posted here for Download. You might try Windows 95 if you hate Windows 10 so much.

Windows 95, Seriously? WIn 7 has worked just fine for me for the past 10 years. I've looked into trying to install on new hardware but it seems like usb drivers are not working and I'm not going to spend 300 dollars on a new z390 motherboard and have to use a pcie usb controller.

95 is bigger as 10. Bigger=better? Then, Windows 2000 would be king.

Yes win7 worked great for me for a long time, sad to see it go. Like you I bought new hardware requiring me to move up to win10. I know exactly how you feel. Win10 is a mess. I was cursing it at first, so much crap to deal with. Though now that I have my install all configured and settings all scripted I'm happy with it now. Though I tell you, I don't know if I can put that kind of time into setting up Windows again. I'm good for a while though, until the next version of LTSC anyway.

i'm configuring an LTSC now and seeing how I like it. so far it's much better than regular windows although I can't stand the thought of all the spyware included. What do you use to remove all the spyware?

Sry for bringing up an older thread...
I was skimming this and noticed your comment...

You can easily have a z390 work with win7, you just need to slipstream the usb drivers, and preferably also nvme/ssd drivers into the install.wim.
Just make sure they're installed on both on installer and os level, so that they're available during installation and afterwards on your installed system.

For unlocking updates people have published tools here on MDL.

I've done it with an x470 (amd), works flawlessly.
Couple hours work max if you start from scratch.
