Which build/version would work the best?
I was thinking about LTSC but I'm worrying if it's too heavy for it
    Specs:
    Core2duo e7600
    3gb DDR2 ram
    Express chipset G41
And I'm gonna install it on a 128gb ssd

If LTSC is "too heavy" for your system, go to windows 7.

On that system I would run windows 7 32bits (home edition). You can run the latest consumer release of Windows 10 with those specs but you will lose OpenGL support with anything newer than windows 7 though, so keep that in mind.

If you think LTSC may be too heavy and you dont want to use Win7 you can use Win8.1 industry pro, basically the LTSC of Win8.1, and something to reemplace the start screen

It need to be update supported as it's an office PC and Windows 7 has lost support.
Yeah I know about the way to get the ESU updates but it breaks very easily if you don't know what you're doing so I won't risk it.
If I have to get it the bloated Win 10 Pro I'd prefer LTSC for that matter.
I was asking if LTSC would run fine
    Should I get LTSB instead?
Also 3gb of RAM maybe I need to install 32 bit windows for less ram usage?

    @ccrqc357

Win 10 isn't any heavier than win 7 if you care to disable remove defender.

BTW LTSC (I mean 1809 in general) is likely the worst w10 build, go for LTSB 2016 or a cleaned up enterprise 2004

If it's a office PC, I suppose you need to keep it genuine and the upgrade path is to the Windows 10 home/pro
About 3gb of ram, yes, keep it at 32bits unless you plan to upgrade to 4gb

RAM is no problem for 32bit since win2000 Just use PAEPATCH3 and you can see even 64 or 128GB of ram

Sure, but not all drivers are compatible with those PAE patches and for a office PC I guess stability is the top priority so I wouldn't recommend that

It's not about compatibility about PAE "patches", it's about poorly written drivers not compatible with PAE, whatever... ATI vga are OK, Nvidia, just use older drivers, intel vga, often a no go.

FYI you can get support past 3.x GB also activating W10 x86 as a server, no patch required at all, but licensing limits the visible ram to 4 or 8GB, still way better than 3GB, and no fear on cumulative updates.

And no is not about stability, vga drivers are working or not, no middle ground. On day 0 or on day 1000, just test PAE, if it doesn't work you get a black screen after the first reboot. It's not like your system crashes after a month.
