Windows 10 + openVPN

    I have a server running openVPN server, it works fine on Ubuntu 15.04 and Windows 7 but since upgrading to Windows 10 it will not set the correct routes and change my external IP address, it still works on linux and my phone (android)

    I have also tried other openVPN servers to see if they will work, but they also do not, do i need to change any windows settings or is it a known bug at the moment?

    Right Click, Properties, under shortcut tab, Advance, Run as Administrator. Then Run OpenVpn.

    Check your admin rights and is the TAP-DRIVER installed?
