No. Original untouched Windows isos come in separate architectures, always. These are the ones shared here at MDL. What you want is a custom iso with both architectures and pre-activated a.k.a. auto-activated but let me tell you bad news: Here at MDL customized or homebrew isos are NOT allowed as per rules.
Use the MCT to create a multi-architecture iso in your desired language. Or download the desired esd files manually and use abbodi1406's esd>iso converter tool. As far as pre-activated, read the KMS solution threads.

Even i have already installed and run the ksmpico 10.2.0 at the windows 10. Now i want to install the office 2013 or 2016 simply install it and press one more time the ksmpico icon?
Fits.. this is one awesome site but you wont find what your looking for here. Yet for you KSM is your best shot. Unless you PAY for a system that comes with Win10 or a KEY. Thats the only doors that will open for you.
He simply could establish a valid Digital License by either upgrading from an activated 7 SP1/8.1 to 10 or the gatherosstate route. To activate office 2013/2016 on an already kmspico activated system, a simple reboot after installing office would be enough to activate office.
