Windows 10 PRO 1909 Sysprep was not able to validate your Installation

    The issue is the language pack. It's not provisioned. It needs to be installed for all users.

    Thanks <3 i removed russian keyboard and now i can do sysprep with my image from audit mode i have one more question how to install russian keyboard from audit mode for all users?

    I'm not sure as I've never had to mess with language packs in Windows 10. Hopefully someone knowledgeable will come along. This is a known issue though but most solutions I have come across simply recommend exactly what you did. IE: Remove the offending app and then sysprep. Perhaps obtaining the LP ISO and installing the Russian experience pack as a provisioned package is the solution.
