Windows 10 Pro - Change User Name

    Is there a way to change the user name on the C:\user\total administrator to another name like C:\user\Julie
    I would like all of the New Folders that are created on the desktop to go to the "C" drive for Julie

    In an elevated command prompt run lusrmgr.msc. You will be able to add a new user.

    you can add a user through the settings app.

    Settings-> Accounts -> Family and other Users
