This Thread if for reporting specific issues/problems with/for the following version/build of Microsoft Windows
    (and eventually a solution/fix)

Windows 10 (x86/x64) Technical Preview (Pro & Enterprise)
    Version: 6.4
    Buildnr: 9680
    Revision: 9860.fbl_release.141008-2044

To find the Version, Build and Revision open the registry (with regedit.exe) and "navigate" to the following
    registry key:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion

The key BuildLabEx and/or BuildLab contains build number and revision number!

If you got/found and issue please mention Build+Revision number and also if it's a 64bit or 32bit installation of Windows 10
and if possible which hotfix/patches have been installed!

Clear 'Turn on fast start-up' at your Power Options System settings.

i have a weird issue , all modern apps don't save the login information , so every time i open any of them they ask for it, (sometimes they kepp it for 2-3 runs), also skype seems to at times run by itself.!!!
    is this a common issue?

    Thanx for your reply, but...
    Unfortunately it did not help!
I even uninstalled the update and installed it again, no difference!
My system still power's down instead of going to "Sleep"!
